Uplands Master Plan
Uplands is a 63- acre site on Route 40 near Edmondson Village which once was home to a 979-unit apartment complex. The $238M redevelopment will become one of the largest efforts in the mid-Atlantic. Over 1000 units are planned from one-, two, and three-family homes.
